We are operational in all olive-growing areas where oil has always been a thousand-year-old tradition: from Sicily to Veneto and in all the countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea – from Morocco to Turkey, from Greece to Spain and Portugal. More recently also in Australia, New Zealand, Nigeria, South Africa, Mexico and California (USA), as evidence of an ever-growing presence that brings the excellence of Made in Italy technologies wherever the olive tree grows and is cultivated.
OUR HISTORY
A story that begins in 1936and which has roots in a deep bond with the territory
Officine Meccaniche Toscane was founded in 1936 by Eng Fiorenzo Capecchi and for over 90 years has been a prestigious reference on the market of olive oil installations, with the aim of providing innovative system solutions at the service of olive growers who put first the quality of their olive oil.
Today, the company includes a modern and well-equipped industrial premises with a total surface area of 5000 m2, located in Grassina a few minutes from Florence. The team is made up of highly skilled technicians engaged in the assembly and testing of the systems, designers and developers.
Our production has always been oriented towards perfecting and automating the process of transforming olives into oil, resorting to cutting-edge materials and techniques, for which we have filed several patents over time.
