The olive-to-oil transformation process is not a simple extraction, but a transformation that depends on two main factors: the quality of the olives and the quality of the production process. In fact, by varying the process components while processing the same product, different results can be achieved. Research and experience in the field of process factors have led us to develop our plant solutions: continuous cycle systems equipped with innovative technologies focused on maximising quality and reducing waste. Our continuous cycle olive oil mills are designed to meet each client's production capacity requirements in relation to their actual hourly processing capacity. The three largest plant solutions are modular in both the malaxing and crushing stages, with various solutions we offer for different types of processing needs and client requirements, both in economic and logistical terms. Over 85 years of experience in building plants for transforming olives into oil have made OMT a benchmark for producers both nationally and internationally, throughout the Mediterranean Basin, from Morocco to Turkey, from Syria to Iran and Lebanon, from Greece to Spain and Portugal. We also have installations in non-European countries, such as Australia, New Zealand, Chile, South Africa, Mexico and California.
