Streamlined and sustainable production process
The production process normally involves a phase of separation and disposal of waste from the final product. We removed the separation phase and equipped our continuous cycle systems with a dynamic filtration system. It clarifies the product coming out from the decanter instead of the classic vertical axis separators. The dynamic filtration system does not require addition or contact with water to operate, with the result that the oil keeps its composition and its chemical characteristics unchanged, and thus boost the quality.
Advanced command and control systems
New electrical panels have been created for systems with modular kneading vats, representing the most advanced technological level of process automation (ease of use), process traceability and historicization, and device interconnection with the company network and the internet. We have implemented part of the software to monitor the operation of the machinery and its protection by developing the recommended scheduled maintenance.
