At the beginning of the olive processing all our systems are made up of a charge hopper with feed elevator equipped with a deleafing device.
The elevator conveys the olives to the washing machine.
The hopper – elevator – washing machine – conveyor sequence is an important first stage in the olive oil production process. The olives are received in the charge hopper, conveyed by an elevator equipped with a deleafer to the washing group (hydropneumatic washing machine). After other conveying systems transport them to the crusher.
These components can be supplied in the standard version or tailor-made according to customer needs.
