Automatic-cycle continuous system without final separators: It does not require vertical axis final separators for cleaning the oil at the outlet. This is possible by a renewed and exclusive design of the auger and the oil outlet system.
High purity outlet oil: The oil coming from the decanter is perfectly clean and free of all impurities, and there is no trace of oil in the waste water.
Patented oil outlet system: The decanter is equipped with a new oil outlet system from the chamber, using an original patented device. This device allows “soft outlet” and exit without flapping, with improvement in quality.
Higher quality of final oil: Removing the separator from the process helps to obtain a high quality final product. This results in a higher content of compounds that make the quality of the oil high and allow it to keep its characteristics unchanged over time.
Process shortening: The elimination of final separators leads to a shortening of the production process, both in economic terms and in processing times.
Less product heating: The absence of the final separators contributes to less heating of the final product and to increase the presence of polyphenols, that means an increase in the storage life of the oil.
