The thermo-conditioning crusher is an innovative knife crushing system with a vertical rotation axis and is designed to work in an integrated way with the GENESIS kneading unit where the real kneading phase takes place. This integrated system aims to maximise the efficiency and quality of the product obtained.
The GENESIS crusher-kneader is used in the PEGASO series installations because it is designed to be adapted to various flow rates.
