GENESIS kneading unit can be configured from 2 to 6 vats. It is an innovative modular system for the kneading phase in the olive oil production process. Depending on the customer's needs, the system can be made up of 2 up to 6 vats.
Vats capacity: Each vat has 500 or 700 kgs capacity.
Construction material: The vats are made entirely of stainless steel.
Heating system: Each vat is equipped with a gap for the circulation of heating water. The water temperature is regulated directly by the control panel, and a different kneading temperature can be set for each vat.
Geometry and mixing system: The vats have a circular internal surface and are equipped with a special shovel for mixing the paste. This special shape makes the vats efficient both in the processing of small and large batches. The new design of the rotary axis increases efficiency in both the filling and emptying phases of the vat. The mixing system and the geometry of the vat are similar to in-line (non-vertical) systems. They make them more efficient thanks to the particular geometry of the shovels.
Washing system: Each vat is equipped with a rotating washing system which guarantees perfect cleaning thanks to the circular internal surface.
Optional: The vats are equipped with a level probe and inspection cover with a glass and integrated LED.
Combining with crusher: The paste crushed by the SFR/A thermo-conditioning crusher, which together with the malaxers constitutes the GENESIS crusher-kneading system, is conveyed to the malaxer group via a mono pump.
Independent supply: The GENESIS modular kneading group can also be supplied separately and independently from the SFR/A crusher.
Control panels: The vats can be equipped with the new VM 4.0 control panels which guarantee the possibility of tracking the processing and a high level of automation.
In short, GENESIS kneading groups offer a modular, efficient and technologically advanced malaxing system, characterized by an innovative design of the vats and mixing system, precise temperature control and easy cleaning, suitable to different production needs.
