Our crushing system is different from that used by all our competitors: in our system the rotation axis of the breaking blades is vertical; the breaking blades rotate horizontally and the grid is horizontal. Our crushing system is applied both on small and on large installations in different sizes and powers, and it guarantees an optimal removal of the paste on all the useful surface of the grid. All other variables that can affect the crushing phase being equal, it is possible to guarantee flow rates and hourly capacity, without heating and with a little installed power. Moreover, our crushing system preserves the volatile component as much as possible and counteracts the increase in temperature and the emulsion, that are two important aspects to take into consideration during the crushing.

We are able to provide different setups of the breaking blades, different configurations of the grid, in terms of holes, and the possibility to change the speed of the breaking blades by starting the engine through an inverter, so that our customers can intervene on the final product from an organoleptic point of view in the crushing phase. With the new thermoconditioned crushers, the customer can start the conditioning of the paste even inside the crushing chamber, making the subsequent malaxation system more efficient from a heat exchange point of view. The crushing phase is an integrated system closely linked to the malaxation phase and which determines its efficiency. A crusher with certain features ensures a perfect managing of the malaxing phase.

genesis: constant yield even with small batches

The Genesis malaxation system is our latest innovation in the malaxing phase; it solves the technical difficulties of linear bins; in particular that of not mixing the paste efficiently during the filling and emptying phases and when a small batch is malaxing in a big bin. Due to the particular design of the blades and to its circular structure with a greater diameter with respect to the height, the Genesis malaxation system, solve this technical problem, ensuring efficiency in the mixing phase, both during the filling phase and during the unloading phase and even in the case of small batches. This system allows even 100-200 kg batches to be introduced into medium capacity bins (between 500 and 600 kg), ensuring an efficient malaxation. The “old” linear bins system cannot guarantee this, as to achieve efficient malaxation the bin must be filled at least above half of its capacity. The mixing capacity of the circular bins means a less malaxation, as both the filling and the emptying time of the bin can be considered as effective.

The Genesis malaxation system provides a significant improvement in bins cleaning: the circular bin has infact a very simplified cleaning capacity. The bins have all the technical features and all the accessories for monitoring both malaxation times and temperatures; they are also already designed for inertization under inert gas, CO₂ rather than nitrogen; at the customer's request, the Genesis malaxation system can be designed for malaxation in both hot and cold conditions, as well as for vacuum processing.

a real help for those working for third parties

We recently introduced another innovation: the dynamic filter. It wants to help customers who also work for third parties and who don't want to use the final vertical separator in the production process, despite having large quantities of olives, of different types and qualities, to be processed in a short time. The dynamic filter is a centrifugal machine that undergoes the oil coming out from the decanter to a low-revolution step, eliminating the mucilage that may be still present in the product, without affecting the chemical composition and the temperature. It operates without the addition of water: no water inside the dynamic filter drum, but only olive oil coming out from the horizontal centrifugal extractor.
