The process of transforming olives into extravirgin olive oil is not simply a matter of extraction, but rather a transformation; it depends on two main factors: the quality of the olives and the quality of the production process.For the same quantity of processed product, different results may be obtained by varying the process components. Research and experience in the process have led us to develop our own system solutions: continuous-cycle systems equipped with innovative technologies and focused on maximizing quality and reducing waste.
Our continuous-cycle system are planned to meet the production capacities of each customer, in relation to their hourly processing capacity. The three largest system solutions can be modulated, both in the kneading and in the crushing phases, with different solutions to meet our customers' processing needs, both in economical and logistical terms.
With over 85 years of experience in the construction and design of olive oil processing system, OMT is a reference point for italian and international producers, in the Mediterranean Basin, from Morocco to Turkey, Syria, Iran and Lebanon, from Greece to Spain and Portugal. We also have installations in non-European countries, such as Australia, New Zealand, Chile, South Africa, Mexico and California.
