The automatic-cycle continuous system PEGASO 500 is the sole small-dimensioned plant nowadays on market that guarantees the same performance and final product quality of bigger dimensioned plants.

The technology and the materials fitted together in Pegaso 500 have generated a plant with professional features in reduced dimensions. It works at two-phases system and it produces olive oil without the vertical centrifugal separator at the end of the process.

Due to its compactness and modularity, no masonry, no plumbing and no electrical work are necessary for setting up this plant; it can be easily positioned on a small surface (20 sq.m.).

Pegaso 500 consists of all the machines that currently make up a standard processing line but without the final separator.
