The P42 malaxing unit is made in several versions, each with a different number of modular vats. More precisely: 3-tank model (3V), 4-tank model (4V), 5-tank model (5V) and 6-tank model (6V).
Each tank has a capacity of about 800 Lt.
The machine is built entirely of high quality stainless steel.
This solution has been designed to be positioned even in limited spaces. The P42 kneading unit, in any version, is supplied with two monopumps that feed the decanter together or, if necessary, can also feed a second decanter already present in the system or to be installed in the future.
