PEGASO 1000 re-proposes the main features of the Pegaso 500 model: the oil is collected directly at the exit of the decanter, without the vertical centrifugal separator at the end of the process.
The washing and the crushing group are completely renewed; the kneader is divided in three partitions and has a total capacity of 1600 liters. The most innovative feature is that the decanter works in a two phases system without the addition of mixing water; the new extraction system absolutely leaves out oil-losses in the husk; this often happens in installations with similar functioning.
The hourly production is around 800-1.000 kgs/hour of olive paste; it’s equipped with an innovative two-phases system decanter. Thanks to the special design of the screw and the drum, the oil moisture proceeds along all the drum length; this increases the ritention time of the olive paste inside the drum and permits to recover a higher quantity of product of very high quality.
